How can I return an undamaged original artwork?
Step 1. Within seven (7) days upon delivery contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org inform us about your order and the reason for return request.
Step 2 - Pack the artwork using original package materials. In case you have disposed of the original package you are responsible for getting new materials to make sure the artwork comes back to the artist undamaged. Please check our Package guide (здесь будет ссылка на инструкцию или видео) to find out how to pack the artwork for safe shipping.
Step 3 - Send us an e-mail at email@example.com to finish the return procedure.
When the artwork is delivered back to the artist, Solodina gallery will process your refund. You will get your money back to the bank account used for the purchase in 7–10 working days after the artist gets the artwork. The amount of money returned will exclude shipping cost and custom fee when applicable.Additional information about return policy

What should I do if the artwork arrives damaged?

Step 2 - Keep the original package!
Step 3 - Take photos of the damaged artwork and the package. Send us the photos via e-mail email@example.com
Step 4 - A customer support agent of Solodina gallery will contact you to discuss what happens next.
